Power
Committed or energized utility power, in writing from the utility, from about 5 MW up to 50 MW and beyond.
Transfer
Power and land that can transfer to a data center user without resetting the utility agreement.
Fibre
Carriers on-net or reachable, with two physically diverse entrances and routes.
Land
Survey, title, zoning and permits in order, with a clear tax position.
Schedule
A plain statement of any date on which the site reverts to another use.
What happens next
We review each submission and reply within two business days. If it fits, we propose a mutual NDA before any documents are exchanged. A submission is not an offer and creates no obligation on either side.
