Colocation, hosting and site development. Sponsors and manages the project companies that hold each deployment.
Syaala Technologies, Inc.
Designs and supplies the modular systems, and owns the product designs.
One per deployment
Ring-fenced companies that hold the deployed capacity at each site, operating the modular systems under licence.
Land and power
Positions across Texas, the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic, chosen for utility service and fibre and prepared for modular deployment.
"Syaala" refers to the Syaala group of companies, including Syaala Infra LLC and Syaala Technologies, Inc., each a separate legal entity. Colocation and hosting are provided by Syaala Infra LLC; modular systems are designed and supplied by Syaala Technologies, Inc..
What We Build
Three paths to high-performance infrastructure.
Modular Containers
Factory-built, deploy-ready infrastructure. Liquid-cooled blocks for GB300 and B300 class racks, built and tested in the factory before they ship.
Colocation
Turnkey GPU infrastructure on power-ready sites. We build to your power and density requirements. 20 to 250 kW per rack, GB300 and B300 class, typically 4 to 8 months to ready for service.
Strategic Expansion
Geographic expansion follows a proven playbook: secure land, deploy modular infrastructure, scale with demand.
Texas, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic
Power-ready positions in ERCOT, TVA and regional utility territories, from single-block sites to multi-megawatt campuses. Site details are shared under NDA at registration.
