Every site is a project company with its own financing. You lead how we raise it: construction facilities, long-term debt and equity, from first term sheet to close, and the relationships behind them.
What you will do
- Lead construction and project financings from term sheet to close
- Build and keep relationships with lenders, investors and advisers
- Own the financing structure and its covenants across sites
- Work with the project models and the diligence that supports every raise
- Build the finance team as the company grows
What you bring
- 12+ years in project finance, infrastructure investing or capital markets
- Closed construction and term financings for infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong modelling and documentation skills
Nice to have
- Data center or digital infrastructure transactions
- Private credit relationships
