As sites come into service they need an operator. You build it: the people, the procedures, the maintenance programme and the customer service that makes a site worth trusting.
What you will do
- Build the operations organisation: site directors, facilities managers and technicians
- Set the operating standard: procedures, maintenance, change control and incident response
- Take sites over from commissioning and run them to their customer commitments
- Own operating budgets, vendors and service contracts
- Work with engineering so what operations learns improves every next site
What you bring
- 15+ years in data center or critical facilities operations, 5+ leading multiple sites
- Experience building an operations team and its procedures from the start
- Strong grasp of electrical and mechanical systems in high-density facilities

- Liquid-cooled, high-density facilities
- Colocation customer operations
