You lead construction across the programme. Each site has a construction manager; you set how they work, hold the schedule and the safety standard, and step in where a site needs you.
What you will do
- Lead the construction managers and the contractors across our sites
- Set the construction standard: sequencing, quality, safety and documentation
- Hold every site to its schedule and its site gates: energisation, fibre and permits
- Plan module delivery, rigging and setting with heavy-haul and crane contractors
- Report progress and risk to the delivery and executive teams
What you bring
- 12+ years in data center or mission-critical construction, 5+ leading several projects at once
- A record of delivering complex sites to schedule
- OSHA 30 and a safety record you can stand behind
- Experience managing general contractors and specialty trades
Nice to have
- Modular or heavy-lift construction
- Utility interconnection projects
