You are the person on site. From mobilisation to ready for service you run the civil and underground works, the delivery and setting of modules, and every trade, and you hand commissioning a complete, documented site.
What you will do
- Plan and run site works: civil, foundations, underground and utility connections
- Coordinate module deliveries, rigging and setting
- Manage subcontractors, the schedule, safety and quality on site
- Track the site gates: energisation, fibre and permits
- Hand a complete, documented site to commissioning
What you bring
- 7+ years managing data center or mission-critical construction
- A record of delivering to schedule with several trades on site
- OSHA 30, strong scheduling and clear documentation
Nice to have
- Heavy-lift or modular construction
- Medium-voltage installation
